Ochsner Health in Kaplan, LA seeks an experienced nurse leader to guide patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. You will delegate, supervise licensed and ancillary staff, and ensure quality outcomes aligned with professional standards and the organization's nursing philosophy.

The role requires active RN licensure, BLS, CPI within 30 days, ACLS within 90 days, and PALS within 90 days of hire.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• PALS within 90 days of hire.
• Preferred certification in clinical specialty area.
• Proficiency with computers, software, and web-based applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to demonstrate good judgement.
• Good interpersonal skills.
