The RN supports pain management, patient advocacy, and education, while collaborating with the care team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• ACLS/BCLS certifications required within specified timelines.
• ENPC/PALS/TNCC certifications or equivalent pediatric emergency knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the emergency department.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Document care accurately in the medical record and ensure timely communication.
