Job summary

HealthAlliance-Clinton Hospital in Leominster, MA is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a part-time, on-site role. The nurse will provide direct patient care, participate in care planning, and collaborate with the care team to ensure timely and safe patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in the ED, MA RN licensure, and a BSN is preferred. The position may include a signing bonus and requires flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recent/current experience as an Emergency Department RN.
• Graduate of a recognized school of Nursing; Massachusetts RN license.
• Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department following the nursing process.
• Lead, guide and motivate staff as needed by unit management.
• Maintain SBAR communications and accurate documentation in patient records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Commit to safety, infection control and evidence-based practice.
