Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. You will implement evidence-based nursing practices, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and ensure patient and family education is delivered effectively.

Required: active RN license, minimum 5 years of RN experience, BLS/ACLS and related certifications as per Wellstar policies.

Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma required or Bachelor’s Nursing preferred.
• Licensure and certifications required upon hire as per Georgia nursing regulations.
• Minimum 5 years RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process and provide individualized, evidence-based patient care.
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe, high-quality care within interdisciplinary teams.
• Engage in patient-centered care and family education.
• Participate in performance improvement and governance activities.
