Wellstar Health System, Inc. is seeking an RN for the Emergency Department to provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care within an interdisciplinary team.

The role operates under Wellstar governance and nursing practice models to ensure safe, patient-centered outcomes. Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, delivering culturally competent care, and coordinating with the care team while maintaining current clinical standards and documentation.

Qualificações

• Active RN license in Georgia (or multi-state Compact).
• Current BLS certification.
• PALS, TNCC and ACLS certifications are required upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform nursing process with evidence-based practice and individualized care.
• Provide patient-centered care respecting diversity and culture.
• Coordinate care with bedside shifts, rounds, and family updates.
• Maintain adherence to current clinical practice standards.
• Ensure safe, high-quality care through effective documentation.
