Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current GA license or active multi-state license.
• Minimum direct patient care experience in emergency/acute care preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; strong communication skills.
• Excellent time management and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) in care delivery.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care reflecting cultural sensitivity.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team; participate in rounds; keep patients and families updated.
• Uphold evidence-based practice and professional standards; support governance and safety.
