Job summary

Berkshire Health Systems in Massachusetts is actively hiring a Staff RN to deliver individualized nursing care for a defined patient group. You will coordinate with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team, ensuring adherence to unit protocols and contributing to positive outcomes.

Required is an Associate's degree in nursing (BSN preferred) and MA RN licensure. ED experience is preferred; PALS, ACLS, and IV qualifications may be required within set timeframes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing is required; BSN preferred.
• RN License in Massachusetts is required.
• PALS within one year of hire; ACLS within three months.
• IV qualifications required within six months.
• ED triage/cardiac room experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years ED experience preferred.

Responsibilities
