Mercy Hospital Ada is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department on a full-time night shift (three shifts per week). The role uses the nursing process to deliver patient care, coordinate with departments, protect patient rights, and uphold Mercy Service Standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure and must meet state board requirements.
• Completes required nursing competencies and certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.) within required time frames.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
