Job summary

Mercy Hospital Ada is seeking a qualified RN to join the Med Surg 3N team on the night shift. You will provide patient care using the nursing process, maintain patient rights, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Mandatory nursing competencies and certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS) within required time frame.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the nursing process for assigned patients.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while respecting patient rights and confidentiality.
• Maintain professional accountability and evaluate care effectiveness among direct care givers.
• Participate in shift duties during the night cycle.
