Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two full years of emergency department experience.
• RN license in NY state.
• BSN degree preferred, per NYS requirements.
• Specialty credentials and ongoing education encouraged and rewarded.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and communicate to ensure optimal care via digital care platforms.
• Assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate patient plans from admission to discharge.
• Utilize clinical knowledge and case management principles to support the care plan.
• Monitor department quality metrics and ensure accurate patient documentation.
• Stay updated on health-care economics, trends, and reimbursement methods.
