Job summary

Southern New Hampshire Medical Center is hiring an Emergency Services Registered Nurse for night shifts (7p-7a), full-time 36 hours per week. The ED team delivers high-acuity care with a focus on trauma and stroke, requiring current RN licensure in NH and 1–2 years of ED experience.

Qualifications

• Current NH licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• 1–2 years of Emergency Department experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement priority-based nursing care and establish goals for patient needs.
• Integrate evidence-based practice and patient/family values into care delivery.
• Engage patients and families in the care process and coordinate with the care team.
• Function within scope of practice and delegate appropriately to the team.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to provide comprehensive emergency care.
