Job summary

MedCadre is seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) to provide timely and compassionate care to patients with acute illnesses, injuries, and emergencies. You will assess and prioritize patients and collaborate with physicians to deliver rapid, evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in CO or state requirement.
• BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS/TNCC preferred.
• Experience in Emergency Department or acute-care setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, communication, and patient-care skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and prioritize patients based on the severity.
• Provide emergency nursing care, meds, IV therapy, and treatments.
• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and changes in condition.
• Assist with emergency procedures and respond to critical situations.
• Educate patients and families on treatments and follow-up care.
• Maintain documentation and collaborate with physicians.
