Adventist Health is seeking an RN Manager, ED in Fort Bragg, California. The role leads nursing and ancillary staff in a busy Emergency Department, ensuring safe, efficient care and collaboration with physicians and unit leaders.

The position requires RN licensure, a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred), leadership experience, and strong clinical operations oversight. A relocation option is available for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
• Master's Degree: Preferred
• Two years' experience of acute care nursing in hospital setting: Preferred
• One year's leadership experience: Preferred
• Five years' technical experience: Preferred

• Builds a high performing clinical work team by recruiting and retaining skilled professional staff and coaches personnel as needed.
