Qualifications

• Grad of an Accredited Program
• Specialized field of study should be nursing
• RN license
• BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and create, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Prioritize patient and family needs while building therapeutic relationships.
• Educate patients, families, nurses, and community members to empower better healthcare choices.
• Delegate tasks carefully and follow up promptly.
• Ensure safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care planning and delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop comprehensive care plans.
