Job summary

Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department at Town Center. This full-time evening shift runs 12:00pm–12:00am with rotating weekends, delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced freestanding ED.

You will provide patient care, educate families, and collaborate with physicians and the care team. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years Medical-Surgical and telemetry experience, current RN license, and BLS; ACLS and other certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Care for patients with medical and emergent conditions.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses and care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Coordinate care with ancillary services.
• Advocate for patient safety and satisfaction.
• Participate in unit initiatives and meetings.
