Job summary

Texoma Medical Center, a 414-bed acute care facility in Denison, TX, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team with a focus on patient-centered care and safety.

The role requires a current Texas nursing license (or compact license) and ED experience. You will provide leadership to the healthcare team and ensure compassionate care aligned with facility standards and policies. UHS benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Current Texas nursing license or compact license.
• One year full time ED experience.
• RQI BLS, ACLS and PALS required.
• TNCC within 12 months of eligibility.
• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s).
• Must be able to address needs of populations served.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies, standards and philosophy.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Apply Patient Centered Care as the foundation for nursing care.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.
• Adhere to Standards of Practice set by professional nursing associations.
