Job summary

Texoma Medical Center, a Texoma region hospital in North Texas, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a PRN position with a flexible schedule. The RN will provide safe, compassionate care to patients in the ED and collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain high-quality standards.

Ideal candidates hold a Texas nursing license, have ED experience, and meet BLS/ACLS/PALS requirements. TNCC within 12 months is required, with orientation offering proficiency guidance and support.

Texoma Medical Center, a 414-bed acute care facility has been providing quality health care to the residents of North Texas and Southern Oklahoma since 1965. Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements:

• Current Texas nursing license or compact license.

• One year full time ED experience in acute care setting required.

• RQI BLS, ACLS and PALS required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider course according to RQI program guidelines and all required Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) Healthcare Provider courses will be
  provided during new hire orientation or upon transfer, and must be completed prior to working in a clinical setting. See additional department proficiency requirements above.

• TNCC required within 12 months of eligibility.

• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.

• Must be able to identify and competently address needs of populations served.
