Domnovate is seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse in Sitka, AK to provide high-quality, compassionate care in a fast-paced setting. The role requires strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and proficiency with electronic health records.

This permanent position offers a competitive salary range of $86,000 to $117,000 per year, with on-site duties in Sitka, AK. On-call may be required and travel reimbursements may apply to eligible assignments.

Formación

• Associates degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Alaska.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP, and ENPC or as applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Performs comprehensive patient assessments and develops individualized plans of care.
• Administers medications and treatments safely and accurately per provider orders and policy.
• Collaborates with providers and interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes.
• Documents assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record.
• Delivers culturally responsive, patient-centered care.
