Baptist Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department to provide comprehensive nursing care from neonate to geriatric patients in a newly expanded unit with 32 ED beds and a 9-bed Clinical Decision Unit. Qualifications

• Active Kentucky RN license
• ACLS required
• PALS required
• BCLS required
• BSN preferred (except for certain cases)

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop a care plan.
• Provide care in accordance with policy and procedure.
• Evaluate patient responses to interventions.
• Demonstrate leadership and critical thinking in daily operations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for patient outcomes.
• Participate in unit-based and hospital governance initiatives.
