Job summary

Baptist Health in Kentucky is seeking an experienced registered nurse for its expanded Emergency Department, a fast-paced unit with 32 beds in four pods plus a Clinical Decision Unit. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across age groups, from neonate to geriatric, with an emphasis on teamwork and evidence-based practice.

The ED is STEMI and Primary Stroke Center designated; new graduates with appropriate training are welcomed.

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky license required to practice in Kentucky.
• BCLS certification required for basic life support.
• ACLS certification required for advanced cardiovascular life support.
• PALS certification required for pediatric advanced life support.
• NIHSS required or demonstrated neurovascular assessment capability.
