Job summary

Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health seeks an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our team at Lancaster General Hospital in Lancaster, PA. The ED handles 300–400 patients daily, including acute and chronic issues, with a Level I-accredited trauma center.

Rotating weekends, on-call requirements, and 36 hours per week. Ideal candidates hold a BSN and PA RN licensure, with BLS certification and nursing residency or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• RN licensure issued by the PA Board of Nursing.
• BSN or higher-level nursing degree.
• Completion of the Nurse Residency Program or more than 15 months of practice.
• CPR Certification - AHA Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire.
• In good standing with Medicare/Medicaid and other health insurance programs.

Responsibilities
