You will perform triage and nursing assessments, implement individualized care plans, administer medications, coordinate tests, educate families, and document all care in the EHR, while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely, safe patient flow.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure and strong emergency nursing judgement.
• Ability to rapidly assess changing patient conditions and prioritize care.
• Proficiency in medication administration and care plan implementation.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient/family education skills.
• Detail-oriented, accurate EHR documentation.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications and manage patient care according to established protocols.
• Coordinate and support diagnostic testing and treatment workflows.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, care needs, and next steps.
