Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program leading to a Diploma, ADN, or BSN.
• Valid license to practice in the State of Ohio.
• CPR certification required; previous nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and supervise patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide education for patient and family from admission through discharge.
• Document nursing process thoroughly and accurately.
• Work closely with physicians and other team members to ensure smooth transition of care.
• Administer medications and perform treatments in a safe manner.
