Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct Patient Care: rapidly assess, prioritize, and treat patients with acute and emergent conditions; develop and evaluate care plans; deliver timely interventions.
• Care Coordination: coordinate patient care in a fast-paced environment; delegate and guide assistive personnel.
• Collaboration & Communication: work with physicians and interdisciplinary teams; communicate with patients and families; advocate for patient safety and quality care.
• Patient & Family Support: provide education and discharge instructions; involve families in care planning.
• Quality & Professional Practice: maintain certifications; participate in quality improvement and staff development.
