Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a BSN, 2+ years acute care with at least 1 year Emergency experience, and CA RN license with current BLS/ACLS/PALS. Shifts may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Ability to work in high-stress ED settings and adapt to changing workload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Able to collaborate across the ED team and health system.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients in the ED from triage to discharge/admission.
• Utilize nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation.
• Communicate effectively with ED team to ensure timely, professional care.
• Report to ED Director and maintain safe, efficient practice in a fast-paced environment.
