Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Ohio is required

• AD and Diploma nurses are eligible to apply

Responsibilities

• Perform holistic patient assessments and document findings
• Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care with the care team
• Communicate plans of care using SBAR and handoff processes
• Provide ongoing education to patients and families
• Respond to emergencies and maintain a safe patient environment
