Job summary

Domnovate is seeking an experienced emergency department RN for a 13‑week W‑2 travel assignment in Gardner, MA. The role centers on timely care, assessment, stabilization and family education, with a focus on flexible, team-based problem solving.

Shifts are 3 p.m.–3 a.m., 36 hours per week, with every other weekend and holiday. Licensure, ADN, ACLS/BLS compliance, and facility credentialing are required or expected within set timelines.

Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• 3–5 years of emergency nursing experience preferred; complete facility competency review.
• ACLS upon hire, or active BLS with ACLS within 60 days. PALS within six months.
• TNCC, ENPC and CEN preferred; credentials confirmed before placement.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing assessment, treatment, stabilization, monitoring and patient/family education.
• Apply assessment skills and calm decision‑making to rapidly changing priorities; coordinate plan of care.
• Deliver clear information and compassionate support to patients and families.

Total Compensation: $53.87–$56.78/hour ($1,939.32–$2,044.08/week at 36 hours)*

Assignment Overview

• Gardner, Massachusetts 01440
• 13-week W-2 travel contract; 1 opening
• Three twelve-hour shifts, 3 p.m.–3 a.m., every other weekend and holiday.
• 36 guaranteed regular hours weekly, subject to final assignment terms.
• Target start: November 2, 2026, pending facility confirmation.

Provide emergency nursing assessment, treatment, stabilization, monitoring and patient/family education.

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• ADN required; BSN preferred. Three to five years of emergency nursing experience preferred; complete facility competency review.
• AHA ACLS upon hire, or active BLS with ACLS within the facility‑approved sixty‑day period. AHA PALS within the facility‑approved six‑month period.
• TNCC, ENPC and CEN preferred; exact start‑date credentials confirmed before placement.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $22.97–$25.88.
