Job summary

Domnovate is seeking a travel registered nurse for a 13-week assignment in Gardner, Massachusetts. You will use assessment and clinical judgment to deliver timely care when patients need it most, with shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

and a guaranteed 36 hours per week. The role requires Massachusetts RN licensure, ADN (BSN preferred), and emergency nursing experience. ACLS/PALS/TNCC/ENPC/CEN credentials are advised.

Qualifications

• Active MA RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Three to five years of emergency nursing experience preferred; complete facility competency review.
• ACLS upon hire, or active BLS with ACLS within 60 days; PALS within 6 months.
• TNCC, ENPC and CEN preferred; credentials confirmed before placement.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency nursing assessment, treatment, stabilization, monitoring, and patient/family education.
• Bring assessment skills and calm decision-making in a fast-changing environment.
• Turn urgent needs into a coordinated plan of care and communicate clearly with patients and families.

Job description

Total Compensation: $53.87–$56.78/hour ($1,939.32–$2,044.08/week at 36 hours)*

Assignment Overview

• Gardner, Massachusetts 01440
• 13-week W-2 travel contract; 1 opening
• Three twelve-hour day shifts, 7 a.m.–7 p.m., every other weekend and holiday.
• 36 guaranteed regular hours weekly, subject to final assignment terms.
• Target start: November 2, 2026, pending facility confirmation.

Provide emergency nursing assessment, treatment, stabilization, monitoring and patient/family education.

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• ADN required; BSN preferred. Three to five years of emergency nursing experience preferred; complete facility competency review.
• AHA ACLS upon hire, or active BLS with ACLS within the facility-approved sixty-day period. AHA PALS within the facility-approved six-month period.
• TNCC, ENPC and CEN preferred; exact start-date credentials confirmed before placement.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $22.97–$25.88.
