Job summary

Midland-Marvel Recruiters, LLC is seeking a Director of Emergency Room for a community hospital in Charlotte, NC. This role provides executive leadership over ER operations and patient care programs.

You will coordinate nursing and respiratory services, drive quality improvements, and partner with medical staff and hospital administration to implement strategic plans. A strong background in acute care and management is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or Business Administration within 5 years.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in an acute care facility including at least 2 years’ experience in the specialty area is required.
• Management experience is required.
• American Heart Association BLS CPR and CPI certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate ER daily operations to meet hospital objectives.
• Evaluate nursing and respiratory care quality and department operations.

Job description

Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Director ER! $20,000 Sign-On Bonus! Full Relocation!

Responsible for the direction and coordination of the activities of the ER to execute daily operations and meet the objectives of the hospital plan for the Provision of Patient Care. Implements standards and evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing and respiratory care delivered and operations of departments. Has administrative responsibility for assigned departments and for program development within the Department of Emergency Room. Works collaboratively with medical staff and hospital administration to personalize the Medical Center strategic plan. Leads and participates in development of programs and services to meet the needs of the community.

Qualifications:
