Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice.
• Provide relationship-based patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
• Partner with patients and families using bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds.
• Practice according to current clinical standards and professional guidelines.
• Coordinate care delivery and documentation to ensure safe, quality patient care.
