Job summary

The RN will be licensed in Georgia, participate in continuous professional development, and support safety and quality initiatives while collaborating with care managers and leaders to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process with assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation using evidence-based practice.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care respecting diverse populations.
• Collaborate with patient and family through bedside shifts, rounds and teaching; align goals with care plan.
• Practice according to current clinical practice standards and Wellstar policies.
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe, high-quality patient care; ensure timely documentation and inclusive communication.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in shared governance.
