Advocate Health's Lake Norman Emergency Department in Cornelius, NC seeks a skilled RN to provide and coordinate patient care in a 10-bed monitored unit. You will work 7a-7p, 36 hours per week, with a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour as a benefit-eligible full-time role in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

The department emphasizes evidence-based practice, safety, and compassionate care, offering opportunities to influence workflows and patient outcomes within a growing facility.

Formación

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state where you practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• 1 year of ED experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.

Conocimientos

Registered Nurse license

BLS certification

ACLS within 6 months

ED experience (1 year)
