Qualifications

• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program and licensed RN; BLS required.
• 1 year of ED or ICU experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; proficient in EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and patient/family education across shifts.
• Deliver direct patient care and oversee transitions of care.
• Lead through preceptorship and quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with ED team to manage high-acuity cases.
