Mayo Clinic in Phoenix is hiring an Emergency Department RN to coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and lead care transitions across the ED and hospital wards. You will work in a Magnet-accredited, high-volume environment with dedicated staff and state-of-the-art equipment.

The ideal candidate is a BSN-educated RN with current state licensure, BLS, and ED/ICU experience or strong potential for growth, committed to safe, high-quality patient care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program and RN license.
• 1 year ED or ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the nursing care and direct patient care.
• Educate patients and families; manage transitions of care.
• Lead within the Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model; plan, implement, evaluate care.
