Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department. You will coordinate nursing care, deliver direct patient care, educate patients and families, and manage transitions of care across the continuum.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-acuity cases. Applicants should hold a BSN or higher and an active RN license; one year ED or ICU experience is preferred.

Formación

• RN license active and in good standing.
• 1 year ED or ICU experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate nursing care for assigned patients.
• Provide direct patient care and family education.
• Support transitions of care across the continuum.
• Lead and participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
