Job summary

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care, delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. A BSN is preferred after five years, with active Ohio RN license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (BSN required at 5 years of employment)
• Current RN license from the State of Ohio
• BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patient needs through initial and ongoing nursing assessments.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the care team.
• Document interventions and patient outcomes accurately and timely.
• Lead process improvements to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Support 24/7 Operations in the Emergency Department with multidisciplinary coordination.
