Job summary
Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital is seeking an experienced ED Registered Nurse for two 12-hour shifts per week from 7p to 7:30a, with every third weekend night shift and rotating holidays. The role supports the hospital's mission and requires BSN, IL RN license, and BLS.

Qualifications
- BSN required.
- Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse license required.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytic abilities.
Responsibilities
- Collects and analyzes data and develops an individualized care plan.
- Directs care and utilizes nursing staff appropriately.
- Collaborates with patients, families, physicians and staff to coordinate care.
- Participates in governance, committees and unit projects.
- Evaluates patient responses and documents outcomes in the health record.
- Uses evidence-based practice to guide nursing decisions.
