Responsibilities include direct, comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge and thorough documentation of care and patient outcomes, following professional standards.

Qualifications

• ADN degree required
• Kentucky RN license required
• ACLS within 6 months
• BLS within 90 days
• ENPC within 3 years
• NIHSS within 6 months
• PALS within 6 months
• TNCC within 2 years
• Crisis prevention training to be completed during orientation

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, comprehensive nursing care from patient admission to discharge
• Review and document care provided and patient outcomes
• Adhere to professional standards of care and hospital policies
