Job summary
Baptist Health in Georgetown, KY is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department on the third shift. This full-time role offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus for qualified individuals and opportunities to impact patient care in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, direct patient care, and leadership to support quality outcomes and a healing environment. Must have KY RN licensure, BSN or ASN, and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required.
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky.
- Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing from an accredited college/university.
- Applicants with an associate degree in nursing and less than 10 years of experience must enroll within 12 months of hire in a bachelor’s degree program and must have achieved the degree within 5 years.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- If not already certified, must obtain BLS within 30 days of their hire date.
- ACLS/PALS/NRP and successful completion of dysrhythmia class as required by department of assignment.
