Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring an Emergency Department (RN) in the Washington, DC area. Nurses with ER experience are encouraged to apply for day, night, or mid shifts across full-time, part-time, and per-diem schedules.

Requirements include ADN or higher, active RN license, 1+ year ER experience preferred, and ACLS/PALS certifications preferred. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess, treat, and monitor patients in urgent care settings.

Qualifications

ADN or higher in nursing and an active RN license are required.
ER experience of 1+ year is preferred.
ACLS and PALS certifications are preferred.
Experience with advanced medical equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first line of defense for patients requiring urgent medical care.
Treat patients with trauma, injury, or severe medical conditions.
Assess needs quickly and prioritize care.
Monitor conditions, administer medications, and operate medical equipment.
Participate in code blues and other emergencies.
Collaborate with physicians to develop care plans and determine disposition.
Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

Qualifications

ADN or higher degree in nursing
Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
1+ years of experience in an emergency room (ER) setting preferred
ACLS, PALS certification preferred
