Incredible Health is actively hiring an Emergency Department (RN) in the Cedartown, GA area. Hospitals on Incredible Health welcome nurses with ER experience, including trauma, fast track, transport, and psychiatric care, to apply for day, night, and mid shifts.

The role requires ADN or higher nursing degree with an active RN license. Responsibilities include triage, monitoring, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians in emergency care plans, plus participating in code blue

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years ER experience preferred.
• ACLS and PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients requiring urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury or severe medical conditions.
• Assess patients' needs quickly and prioritize care.
• Monitor health conditions, administer medications and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans; arrange discharge or longer stay as needed.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
