Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring an Emergency Department (RN) in Napa, CA. Night shift availability with options for full-time or part-time schedules. ER-experienced nurses with strong critical thinking and ACLS/PALS are encouraged to apply.

You will assess and treat patients, collaborate with physicians, and educate families about care plans while benefiting from comprehensive healthcare, retirement plans, PTO, and education support.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing is required or preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing is required.
• 1+ years ER experience preferred.
• ACLS and PALS certifications are preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures; strong critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients needing urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury or severe medical conditions.
• Assess patients quickly and prioritize care.
• Monitor health, administer medications and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies; collaborate with physicians.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients who require any type of urgent medical care
• Treat patients who are suffering from trauma, injury or severe medical conditions
• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care
• Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications and other treatments, and operate and maintain medical equipment medical equipment
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, determining whether a patient should be discharged or arranged for a longer hospital stay
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
