Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring for an Emergency Department RN in the Washington, DC area. The role welcomes nurses with ER experience and provides opportunities across multiple shifts and full-time/part-time/per diem options.

Qualifications include an ADN or higher nursing degree, an active RN license, and preferred ACLS/PALS certification. Expect collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and involvement in rapid trauma and emergency care scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients needing urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injuries, or severe medical conditions.
• Quickly assess patients and prioritize care.
• Monitor health conditions, administer medications, and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
