Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring an Emergency Department RN in the Washington, DC area. An ADN or higher nursing degree with an active RN license is required, with ER experience preferred. ACLS/PALS are desirable. You will work with a team to manage urgent care, trauma, and evolving patient needs in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Typical shifts include day, night, and mid shifts across full-time, part-time, and per diem roles. Benefits include 401K, health insurance, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as first line of defense for patients needing urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury or severe conditions.
• Assess needs quickly and prioritize care.
• Monitor conditions, administer medications and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop care plans and determine discharge or admission.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

Qualifications
