Job summary

Incredible Health in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an Emergency Department (RN) to join our hospital partners’ teams. RN with ER experience will provide urgent care, triage, and critical support in fast-paced settings.

Positions offer day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, and per diem options. Benefits include healthcare, 401(k), PTO, and tuition assistance. Earned experience and state licensure are required for eligibility.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years ER experience preferred.
• ACLS and/or PALS certification preferred.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients needing urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injuries, or severe conditions.
• Assess patients quickly and prioritize care.
• Monitor health, administer medications, and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care
• Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications and other treatments, and operate and maintain medical equipment medical equipment
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, determining whether a patient should be discharged or arranged for a longer hospital stay
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
