Job summary

Incredible Health is recruiting an Emergency Department Registered Nurse in the Bradenton, FL area. You will provide urgent care, treat trauma and medical emergencies, and work with a multidisciplinary team to develop care plans.

The role requires an ADN or higher in nursing and an active RN license. ER experience is preferred, with ACLS/PALS certifications encouraged. Full-time and part-time shifts are available with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients who require urgent medical care.
• Treat patients who are suffering from trauma, injury or severe medical conditions.
• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care.
• Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications and other treatments, and operate and maintain medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan.
