Incredible Health is hiring an Emergency Department RN in Indio, CA for day, night, and mid shifts. Positions include full-time, part-time, and per diem with benefits such as 401K and tuition assistance. Requires ADN or higher and an active RN license; ER experience preferred.

ACLS/PALS preferred and strong critical thinking and communication are essential. Salary ranges from $76,400 to $158,520 per year, with healthcare coverage and PTO included.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients requiring urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury or severe medical conditions.
• Assess patients' needs, prioritize care, monitor health conditions, and administer medications and operate medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans and determine discharge or admission.
• Educate patients and their families about their condition and care plan.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Care of psychiatric patients, Fast track, Transport , Trauma, Trauma level 1, Trauma level 2, Trauma level 3, or Trauma level 4.
