Incredible Health is seeking an Emergency Department (RN) in Tarzana, CA. Nurses with ER experience are encouraged to apply; ADN or higher nursing degree required and active RN license.

Shift options include day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, and per-diem opportunities. Benefits include 401(k), healthcare, PTO, and sign-on bonus. Prior ER experience and ACLS/PALS are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first line of defense for urgent medical care.
• Treat patients with trauma, injury, or severe conditions.
• Assess patients quickly and prioritize care.
• Monitor health conditions and administer medications and treatments.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment.
• Participate in code blue and other emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians to plan care and determine discharge or admission.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Care of psychiatric patients, Fast track, Transport , Trauma, Trauma level 1, Trauma level 2, Trauma level 3, or Trauma level 4.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1+ years of experience in an emergency room (ER) setting preferred
• ACLS, PALS certification preferred
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedure
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for patients who require any type of urgent medical care
• Treat patients who are suffering from trauma, injury or severe medical conditions
• Quickly assess patients' needs and prioritize care
• Monitor patient health conditions, administer medications and other treatments, and operate and maintain medical equipment medical equipment
• Participate in code blue and other emergency situations
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, determining whether a patient should be discharged or arranged for a longer hospital stay
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan
