Responsibilities

• Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment.
• Outcomes Identification/Planning - Documents planned nursing interventions to achieve patient outcomes.
• Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates response to nursing interventions and revises plan as needed.
• Leadership - Participates in process improvement to enhance clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
• Operations - Contributes to efficiency and safety in daily department operations.
