Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, STROKE and NIHSS certifications may be required per unit.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze patients' health status with comprehensive assessments.
• Plan, implement, and coordinate individualized nursing care with the care team.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and document findings; initiate discharge planning as needed.
• Communicate plans of care to patients, families, and healthcare team; document interventions and patient responses.
• Demonstrate knowledge of patient populations served and adapt care to age-related and size-based needs.
